Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Engraving, Awards & Gifts, we take pride in our craftsmanship; if your non-personalized home decor arrives damaged or incorrect, you may return it within 30 days. Please note that custom-engraved items are final sale unless a manufacturing error occurred.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Submit a Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrectly engraved.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

  • 3.
    Pack with Care

    Securely package the item in its original gift box and protective wrap to ensure it reaches our studio without further damage.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After inspecting the returned item, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a corrected replacement.
